Domaine Chandon was established by French champagne house Moët & Chandon in 1986 and is dedicated to the production of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine and premium quality, cool-climate still wines. White Rabbit has a unique setting inside and out located just outside the tourist township of Healesville. The building is very much open plan in a rustic industrial fashion. ROCHFORD WINERY

An icon of the Yarra Valley as a venue for fine dining and cool climate wines but is best known for large entertainment exposes. Rochford Winery is one of the larger Yarra Valley Wineries and is located in a picturesque setting just off Maroondah Hwy. Features include a 5 star restaurant combined with a café and cellar door. Also there is a viewing tower which gives a lovely visa of the Yarra Valley. Established in 1983 Tarrawarra Estate is an impressive modern winery set on the hillside of the Yarra Valley, comprising collectively 28 hectares.   Train Trak Winery is set in a picturesque part of the Yarra Valley, comprising 45 acres of luscious heartland.
